The GALLIARD is a Turkish brand that takes its name from the "GALLIARD" dance popular in France, Spain and Italy during the Renaissance. The basis of The GALLIARD menu is Modernized Turkish Fusion flavors prepared with influences from French, Spanish and Italian recipes.
In addition to offering delicious treats, The GALLIARD positions art and music at the center of its values, which were indispensable in the Renaissance period. With an architecture that highlights elements from this period, The GALLIARD provides its guests with a magical ambiance with artworks specially designed for each space.
Established in 2013 with a fine dining concept, The GALLIARD umbrella brand currently operates in three different locations in Istanbul: The GALLIARD Brasserie in Vadistanbul AVM, Emaar Square Mall, and Metropol Istanbul AVM. Soon, it will expand its service network with a new Brasserie branch at Bursa Downtown AVM.
The GALLIARD Cove House launched in 2013 as a fine dining concept, is designed for summer resort locations such as Bodrum. It provides guests the pleasure of high-quality music that soothes the ears while indulging in gourmet experiences.
The GALLIARD combines the pleasure of a delightful dinner experience with music by offering live violin performances to its guests. Additionally, the restaurant enhances the dining experience by playing jazz, soul, and deep house tunes with DJs from Tuesday to Saturday.
Interpreting Turkish Cuisine by blending it with the cultures of other Mediterranean countries such as Spain, Italy and France, The GALLIARD creates flavors that leave a mark on the palate of its guests by preparing recipes that prioritize natural and local agricultural products. It maximizes the gastronomic experience with its famous signature cocktails and the wine cellar housing containing more than 200 different wines.
In 2023, The GALLIARD Brasserie has been honored with a recommendation in The Michelin Guide. It is the first chain brand included in this selection in the Brasserie field.
