The GALLIARD Cove House concept, designed by architect Melek Düvenci under The GALLIARD umbrella, was brought to life in the summer of 2021 in Bodrum Yalıkavak. Featuring modernized Mediterranean flavours, the restaurant section stands out, and with carefully designed architectural details, it successfully attracts attention in the heart of Bodrum, where you can enjoy quality music throughout the season and experience delicious cocktails at the bar.

The GALLIARD Cove House, situated in one of Yalıkavak's hidden bays, Gökçebel Cove, is built on an approximately 1000 m2 area. Trees from old houses were used in the construction, and the sand color obtained from the mixture of white cement and marble powder used on the floor. The natural rocks and vegetation that naturally emerged in the construction area were interpreted as the initial artworks of The GALLIARD Cove House. The use of natural stones and leftover rocks from quarries in the facade and boundary walls became the main element connecting the entire space, emphasizing the harmony between the design and nature. The bar, designed with the concept of an island bar, is centrally located with a face-to-face seating arrangement. The use of village plaster, solid chestnut boards, concrete lighting fixtures, and solid deck flooring in this area continues to evoke the bohemian concept created in the space. The broken white tensioned fabric system used as a canopy in the bar, serving as a shade, takes its place in the space in harmony with the modern lines of the iconic pergola made of solid chestnut wood and reeds. Solid table chairs, along with tables made from terrazzo and white cement marble powder, contribute to stabilizing the warm and cool balance in the space.

For The GALLIARD, music is as crucial as the food and service. Cove House primarily favors works in the genres of "soul," "house," "deep house," and "funky." They curate and regularly update playlists suitable for every hour of the day. Additionally, live performances by DJs, violinists, saxophonists, and percussionists aim to occasionally surprise guests, enhancing their overall experience and making their time more enjoyable.
